You can request a return or replacement within 7 days from delivery date.

Returns are accepted only if:

• Issue is reported within 7 days

• Product is unused with original packaging

Customer must provide:

• Unboxing video (mandatory for claims)

• Clear photos of issue

✔ Replacement Option

• Replacement will be provided if stock is available.

• If replacement is not available, refund will be issued.

• Size issues unless defective

• Products damaged due to misuse

✔ Return Pickup

• Pickup arranged by Truenest where possible

• Otherwise customer ships product and we reimburse reasonable shipping if issue is genuine
